Weekly Training Schedule
Welcome to the weekly training schedule for the club. Please see the calendar for details on each session where you will find our our clubbies training together. Often there is a coffee stop afterwards so bring some change and catch up on the gossip. Most of the events are free, the only training sessions with a charge is the Wednesday morning swims.

Wednesday Evening: Aussie Butcher New Lynn 5km Fun Run / Walk

Aussie Butcher New Lynn 5km Fun Run / Walk @ 6:15am, Athletic Rugby Clubrooms Trusts Stadium. Option of a 10km Run (ask on the night). A meatpack is given away on the night courtesy of the Aussie Butcher New Lynn |

Swim Bike Run @ Mission Bay, after the Sea Swim we bike and then run on the waterfront. The bike course has options for all abilities. |
