Weekly Training Schedule

Welcome to the weekly training schedule for the club. Please see the calendar for details on each session where you will find our our clubbies training together. Often there is a coffee stop afterwards so bring some change and catch up on the gossip. Most of the events are free, the only training sessions with a charge is the Wednesday morning swims.

Swim

Wednesday Morning: Swim Squad

Swim Squad with Ben & Simon @ 6am, West Wave (Technique focussed)

 

Saturday Morning: Sea Swim (Summer Only)

Sea Swim @ 7:30am, Mission Bay (Distances from 800m up all abilities catered for)
Bike Sunday Morning: Bike Ride Bike Ride @ 7:30am, Sierra Lincoln Road (Park in ACC side of carpark) 2 - 3 hours with all abilities catered for
Run

Monday Evening:  Drills & Group Run Session

Running Drills @ 6pm, Henderson Park with Gillian from gk Coaching. There is also a running group who run at the same time
 

Wednesday Evening: Aussie Butcher New Lynn 5km Fun Run / Walk

Aussie Butcher New Lynn 5km Fun Run / Walk @ 6:15am, Athletic Rugby Clubrooms Trusts Stadium. Option of a 10km Run (ask on the night). A meatpack is given away on the night courtesy of the Aussie Butcher New Lynn
Triathlon Saturday Morning: Swim / Bike / Run (Summer Only) Swim Bike Run @ Mission Bay, after the Sea Swim we bike and then run on the waterfront. The bike course has options for all abilities.
Duathlon Saturday Morning: Run / Bike / Run (Winter Only) Duathlon Training session @ Chapman Strand in winter
