Weekly Training Schedule
Welcome to the weekly training schedule for the club. Please see the calendar for details on each session wher eyou will find our our clubbies training together. Often there is a coffee stop afterwards so bring some change and catch up on the gossip. Most of the events are free, the only training sessions with a charge are the Wednesday morning swims.

- Swim: We swim in the Pool on a Wednesday morning and during daylight savings we swim in the sea on a saturday morning at Kohi
- Bike: The club ride once a month, on the first Sunday of the month and Lindsay takes a ride on the other Sundays
- Run: There is a FREE 5km fun run/walk weekly which makes for a great tempo session and often after the swim a few club members get together for a long run. Through the winter we also have a run sessions on a Saturday held in conjunction with a duathlon
